Great Granola but kind of high in calories

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

12 c. rolled oats
2/3 c. sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 t. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

Preheat oven to 300. Set fruit aside. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Heat oil, honey, maple syrup and vanilla in glass cup till warm enough to blend together. Pour wet mix over dry and mix thoroughly...the secret to crunchy granola is to coat every particle. Spread in baking sheets and toast for 1 hour 10 mins. Stir every 15 minutes till golden brown. Remove from oven. Stir in fruit. Cool completely and store in frig or airtight container.
