Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

3 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1 cup Almonds
0.75 cup, shredded Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Shredded
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2.116 oz Pancake and Waffle Syrup
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.75 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar. In separate bowl, mix syrup, oil, and salt. Combine wet and dry mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.

  2. Remove from oven and transfer to a large bowl.
