Recipe Ingredients for Homemade granola

3 c oats
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
3/4 c sliced almonds
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 T wheat germ
1/2 c maple syrup
2 T vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade granola

Mix oats, both seeds, almonds, wheat germ, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Combine oil and syrup. Pour wet ingredients over dry and stir until syrup mixture coats all dry ingredients. Spread on a non-stick pan and cook at 325 for ~30 minutes - stirring every 7 minutes or so. Be careful not to burn.
