Recipe Ingredients for Homemade granola

4 cups (400 grams) rolled oats
1 cup (50 grams) coconut
1 cup hazelnuts , chopped
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 c raisins

Recipe Directions for Homemade granola

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F

  2. In the big bowl mix up the dry ingredients (except the dried apricots and raisins) with wet ingredients

  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden

  4. Cool for 15-20 minutes and store in the airtight container for up to a couple of weeks.
