Homemade granola from food network recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

8 cups oatmeal
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. microwave sugar and water to melt and mix

  2. add nuts to sugar water and break into pieces

  3. add vanilla or vanilla sugar to mix

  4. add nut mixture to oats

  5. spread on pans and bake at 275 for one hour
