Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

1 cup honey
1/3 cup canola oil
1/8 tsp. salt
4 cups oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup almonds (slivered)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cranberries (dried)

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. Mix and heat honey, oil and salt in pan for 2 min.

  2. Mix oats, seeds, almonds in large bowl.

  3. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture.

  4. Pour onto 2 lightly oiled baking sheets.

  5. Bake 300 degrees for 15 min. Rotate, stir and

  6. bake for 10-18 min. more or until golden brown.

  7. Store in airtight container.
