Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

1 Cooking Spray
3 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray

  2. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Stir mixure occasionally while baking. Remove mixture after 30 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack for cooling. Let mixure cool completely. Store mixture in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.

  3. Granola is good over milk, sprinkled on ice cream or with yogart and blueberries.
