Granola made with banana, honey and nuts.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

85 g banana
3/4 cup water
1 tbs honey
30 g walnuts
30 g mixed nuts
1 tsp flax seed
30 g raisins
34 g dates
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. pre heat oven to 375 degrees

  2. combine banana, water, cinnamon, salt and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. combine dry ingredients (walnuts, mixed nuts, flax seed and rolled oats)

  4. mix above ingredients together in a large bowl

  5. spread on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes

  6. let mixture cool and add dried fruit
