Great high fiber, complex carb breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

6 cups oats
1/8 cup canola oil
3/4 cups honey
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup cranberries
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Put a piece of parchment on bottom half of broiler pan.

  2. Mix the oats, oil, honey and sugar.

  3. Place mix in broiler pan (you may have to bake in two batches) and spread evenly.

  4. Bake for ten minutes.

  5. Let cool completely.

  6. Add nuts and bake again for 5 minutes.

  7. Add fruit and bake again for 5 minutes.

  8. Let cool and store in airtight container.
