1 Tbsp. servings granola baked in the oven

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola

1/4 c Safflower Oil
1/2 c honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 c oats
1 c wheat germ
1 c sliced almonds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c flaxseed
1/2 c bran

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola

  1. In saucepan, heat oil, honey and vanilla. Add to remaining ingredients in

  2. large bowl and stir thoroughly. Spread on 2 oiled jelly roll pans and bake

  3. in preheated oven (325) for about 15 minutes, stirring twice during baking

  4. to prevent overbrowning. Cool. Store in airtight container in cool, dry

  5. place. Makes about 2 quarts.
