Recipe Ingredients for Homemade granola-catchall

4 cup Organic Regular Rolled Oats
103 grams Barley-Rolled Flakes
0.5 cup Oat Bran
1 cup, halves Pecans
1 cup Raw Whole Almonds All-Natural
1 cup Natural Sunflower Seeds
0.5 cup Sesame Seeds
0.67 cup Apricots Organic
0.67 cup Montmorency Dried Tart Cherries
6 tbsp Flax Seeds
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup

Recipe Directions for Homemade granola-catchall

  1. Whizz flax seeds in cuisinart

  2. Soak flax seeds in 6 Tbsp. water for 15 min.

  3. Add maple to flax mixture

  4. mix all ingredients together except fruit

  5. bake at 280 degree F for 2 hrs or until golden brown stirring every 10 minutes
