Oats, nuts and fruit with honey and banana make this granola bar delicious with no baking required.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola Bars

1 c oats
6 tbsp oats
2 tbsp milled flax seed
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c chopped almonds
1/4 c chopped walnuts
1 banana
1/3 c honey
4 serving Berryhill Crunchy Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola Bars

  1. Beat banana, honey and peanut butter until smooth.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl until well mixed.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Line an 11x7 freezer safe pan with Saran Wrap.

  5. Spread mixture evenly in the pan and freeze for 4 hours.

  6. Remove from freezer and cut into 18 equal bars.

  7. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap.

  8. Store in the freezer. Can be eaten immediately or allowed to thaw prior to eating.
