Homemade granola bars with almonds, coconut, chocolate and cranberries

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade granola bars

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Homemade granola bars

  1. toast oats, almonds and coconut

  2. mix with wheat germ

  3. melt butter, honey, sugar, vanilla and salt

  4. mix with other mixture

  5. pat into 8 by 12 pan, buttered

  6. bake 25-30 minutes at 300
