1 cup Organic Oats
2 oz Flaxseed Meal
0.33 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 oz Raw Almonds
0.2 cup Raw Walnuts
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
5 tsp Organic Sugar

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola Bars Nut n Berry

Mix the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. If your really out going you can toast the dry ingredients first but i was happy without this. I do hear it brings out the flavor in nuts though.
