Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Granola Bars 1

1 cup almonds (view)
2 cups oatmeal (view)
1 cup sesame seeds (view)
1/2 cup wheat germ (view)
1/2 cup molasses (view)
1/4 cup almond oil (view)
1/2 cup honey (view)
1/4 cup brown sugar (view)
3/4 dried apricots (view)

Recipe Directions for Homemade Granola Bars 1

  1. -Toast oatmeal, nuts & seeds in oven at 300 degrees celcius

  2. -Mix honey, molasses, almond oil and brown sugar in a pan & heat until boiling. Lower heat and simmer until begins to thicken.

  3. -mix wet & dry ingredients with apricots and spread out into a pan.

  4. -bake for 15 min at 350 degrees celcius
