Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Graham Gnocchi

150 grams Tesco Graham Flour
400 grams Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
0.5 serving Milk 1.5%
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Homemade Graham Gnocchi

Cook the potatoes until soft. Mash them in a bowl. Add salt, egg, flour and milk. Knead until you get a soft, but not too sticky dough. Add a little more liquid or flour, if needed. On a flour-dusted surface, roll long bars from the dough, about thumb-thick. Cut into 1 cm pieces and roll them with your palm (with one movement, away from yourself). Heat the olive oil in a pan, then fry both side of the gnocchies until they are getting brown (1-2 mins). Serve immediately with sauce, cheese, or anything you like.
