Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Goddess Dressing

1/2 block tofu
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoon tahini
2 green onions, white parts removed, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, packed
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Homemade Goddess Dressing

Blend tofu in food processor until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
