2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
0.54 cup garbanzo beans
2 cups broccoli
1 medium onion
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 cups carrots
2 cups green bell peppers
6 oz. mushrooms
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
