3 lbs. plums
2 tbsp. honey

Recipe Directions for Homemade Fruit Leathers

  1. Puree plums and honey in a food processor until smooth consistency. Will make about 6 cups of puree.

  2. Pour onto 4 dehydrator sheets. Will take 16-20 hours to dehydrate into fruit leathers.
