Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Fries

2 small potatoes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Fries

  1. slice two potatoes into discs. toss into ziploc bag with the oil and shake.

  2. lay out in single layer on cookie sheet, sprinkle with salt or other seasonings. bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
