A friend cut out this recipe out of a newspaper for me because of its antioxydant brain power capabilities. It does wonder for my study crunches! Have fun experimenting with different flavors of yogurt: I sure do! I even grated a pear once, just grab it while it's still quite firm.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade fresh muslix

1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 medium apple, grated
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for Homemade fresh muslix

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. I like to leave it overnight in a sealed bowl.
