Homemade pizza, crust made in food processor

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade FP Pizza

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup water
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp olive oil
1/2 cups pizza sauce
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup onion
2 cups fresh spinach
3 artichoke hearts
12 oz fat free mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade FP Pizza

  1. Place flour, 1 tsp olive oil in food processor with a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.

  2. Put water, yeast and sugar in cup and let work for 2-3 minutes until foamy.

  3. With processor running, add yeast mixture to flour mix. Process until dough ball forms (add small amount of water or flour if necessary for consistency.

  4. Once dough has formed, let bang around in there for 40 seconds.

  5. Place on pizza pan rubbed with 1 tsp olive oil and sprinkled with oat bran. Press out to approx. 12 in circle, spread with 1 tsp olive oil, and continue to press to edges.

  6. Top with toppings.

  7. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes.
