Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Energy Cookie

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup craisin
1 cup raw sunflower seed
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt, fat-free
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2/3 cup sugar, light brown

Recipe Directions for Homemade Energy Cookie

  1. combine dry and wet ingredients seperately first, then add wet to dry and thoroughly combine.

  2. use cookie dough scoop for uniformity and calorie consistency onto parchment paper-covered cookie sheets, or greased muffin tins.

  3. bake 12-15 min at 375 F.
