A (hopefully) healthy, whole-food version of an energy bar, made at home so you know it's all good ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Energy Bars

2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
10 dates Dates, Medjool
8 oz Clover Honey
17 tbsp Natural
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.5 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Homemade Energy Bars

Mix everything together and bake on a greased pan for 15-20 min at 350 degrees. Cut into 12 pieces!
