Recipe Ingredients for homemade energy bars

1 cup Purely O's
1 cup Organic Granola
0.75 cup, whole Almonds
0.75 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.08 cup Whole Wheat Flour
6 tbsp Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.04 tsp Sea Salt
2 large Egg, White
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for homemade energy bars

  1. heat oven to 300.

  2. line 9x9 pan with foil, oil and flour the foil. (8x8 add 5-10 min cooking time.)

  3. mix cereal, nuts, fruit, flour and an extra in large bowl.

  4. combine honey and salt in small bowl. whisk in egg whites and extract.

  5. pour into dry ingrediants and stir to combine.

  6. pat into pan with moist hands or plastic wrap.

  7. bake until bars are dry to touch, 45-60 min.

  8. cool completely.
