Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Enchiladas

16 oz Salsa
4 tsp Enchilada Spice
4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
6 oz Green Chilies
4 oz Medium Pitted Black Olives
12 oz Tomato Paste
14 serving Calidad Corn Tortillas (Tortillas de Maiz)(2 tortillas)
5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2.25 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade Enchiladas

  1. Stew meat in crock pot with your seasoning.

  2. Make enchilada sauce.

  3. Add meat and some sauce to tortillas.

  4. Pour remainder of sauce on top.

  5. Sprinkle cheese, chilis, olives and onions on top.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
