Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Egg and Ham Fried Rice

2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup of ham
1 cup of scallions
4 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Homemade Egg and Ham Fried Rice

  1. heat half of the oil in a skillet

  2. add 3 cups of cooked rice and stir to coat

  3. add salt

  4. create a well in the middle of the rice and pour in the remainder of the oil. crack two eggs into the well and scramble eggs. while eggs are almost set but still runny add in scallions and stir to combine. add in ham and heat through.

  5. season with soy sauce and white pepper powder and take off heat.
