Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Croutons

150 g french bread,slightly stale
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Croutons

  1. Make sure bread is sightly crispy. Cut into small cubes with a sharp knife and spread out on baking tray.

  2. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil and shake so they are covered.

  3. Put on middle shelf of oven at 180C & bake for approx. 15 minutes or until golden.
