A creamy veggie soup with a slight beef taste- but not meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade creamy veggie soup

5 serving Asparagus Stir Fry
46 oz 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
4 oz Red Wine Vinegar
30 grams Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Homemade creamy veggie soup

  1. Steam veggies in microwave according to package.

  2. Puree veggie in food processor.

  3. Put pureed veggies in blender.

  4. Add V8 juice 30.of low sodium V8 veggie in blender, along with 1/3 cup red wine vinegar and 1- 1 1/2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce. Blender until smooth and creamy. Pour contents of blender in a large sauce pan and add last 16 oz. on V8 juice, Put on low heat and let simmer until hot. Makes approximately six cups. 71 cal. a cup. Consider adding chopped veggies to the soup once it is in the sauce pan. This will increase the calorie count but make it more of a meal
