Makes 16 servings



Basic recipe for cookies, not including choc chips

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade cookies

12 tbsp flour
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp butter
1 egg (whisked, and stored in the fridge for 10 minutes)

Recipe Directions for Homemade cookies

  1. Turn the oven to gas mark 6

  2. mix the sugar into the butter

  3. fold in the egg, until it has all been absorbed

  4. sift the flour into the mix, folding the mixture around it slowly

  5. add any other ingredients for flavour (choc chips, peanut butter, fruit)

  6. put 16 dollops onto a baking tray covered in tinfoil

  7. put them in the oven for 20 minutes

  8. allow to cool

  9. enjoy!
