A great homemade cliff bar type of snack. Can be modified to fit your tastes!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Cliff Bars

1 cup oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup grape nuts cereal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup honey
2 T brown sugar
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Homemade Cliff Bars

Combine the first 4 ingredients. add the rest and mix well. Spread evenly into a 9" baking pan covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. Lift foil out of pan and cut into 16 pieces.
