Original Recipe - A great substitute for Clif bars!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Clif Bars

3 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup honey
42 g soy protein powder
1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped dates
1 1/2 bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Homemade Clif Bars

  1. Combine all wet ingredients, then add each dry ingredient one at a time, adding the oatmeal last.

  2. Shape into bars, cook at 325C for 15 minutes until the bottom of the bar is crispy brown.
