Cherry, Cranberry, Chocolate Clif Bar

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Clif Bars - Cherry, Cranberry, Chocolate

3 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup honey
2 serving (Whole Foods) soy protein powder, natural vanilla flavor
1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
6 tbsp egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped craisins
1 1/2 bananas, mashed
1/4 serving (2oz) tart cherry juice

Recipe Directions for Homemade Clif Bars - Cherry, Cranberry, Chocolate

  1. Combine all wet ingredients, then add each dry ingredient one at a time, adding the oatmeal last.

  2. Shape into bars, cook at 325C for 15 minutes until the bottom of the bar is crispy brown.
