Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Cinnamon Applesauce

18 apples
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
3 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Cinnamon Applesauce

  1. Peel and core apples. Cut apple into medium sized chunks.

  2. Put apple in large pot with water, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir. Cook on med heat for 20-25 minutes or until apples are tender. Mash with fork or potato masher to desired consistency.
