1/2 pound spaghetti, wheat
2 cups peas
2 cups chopped carrots
1 small onion
4 tablespoons light olive oil
4 tablespoons cheese, grated parmasean
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for homemade chinese noodles

  1. stir in veggies with onion/garlic and olive oil

  2. add pasta, soy sauce, salt, and one egg

  3. add cheese

  4. stir until egg is cooked
