Chili with sirloin and red kidney beans (from raw beans)

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade chili

3 oz. sirloin
5 oz. beans, kidney, red, mature seeds
1/4 tomato
7 oz. tomato sauce
1/8 cup fresh mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Homemade chili

  1. 1. Soak 1/2 small bag of beans for 2 hours

  2. 2. Brown sirloin (2 lbs. small pieces)

  3. 3. Place all ingredients in crock pot: meat, beans, 15 oz. can tomato sauce, 28 oz. can stewed tomatos, fresh mushrooms, 2 fresh garlic cloves, 1 small onion (optional)

  4. 4. Simmer for 6-8 hours on high
