Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chili

32 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 medium raw Onion Red
6 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Chipotle Peppers
1 cup Organic Beef Cooking Stock
5 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
2 serving Crushed Red Pepper
439 grams Black Beans, Organic
439 grams Kidney Beans, Organic
28 oz Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chili

  1. Chop up the onions and put them in a heavy pot until they start to brown, about 6 minutes.

  2. Add chopped up garlic and jalapeno peppers for 1 minute.

  3. Add in the ground beef until browned.

  4. Add spices, then mix in tomatoes with juices, stock, peppers and beans.

  5. Let simmer for about 45 minutes, until it all thickens. Skim away beef fat.

  6. Ladle into bowls and serve with favorite sides!
