2 Cans of SW Beans 2 Cans of Dices Tomatoes 1 Can or Whole KErnel Corn 1 Lb of Lean Ground Beef The recipe analyzer will mess with this. I calculated it out myself with the Nutrition on the back of the cans and meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chili

1 3/4 cups White Beans
1 3/4 cups diced Tomatoes
9/10 cups Whole Kernel Corn
1 lb lean Ground Beef
