Not the leanest meal but sometimes you need a break from Salad. Beef can be substituted for ground chicken or turkey. Freezes well.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chili

1 1/2 kg Lean Ground Beef
700 ml Canned Tomatoes
700 ml Canned Tomatoes
284 ml Tomato Soup
540 ml Kidney Beans
540 ml Kidney Beans
398 ml White Beans
1 large Onion
1 Green Pepper
3 tbsp chili powder
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chili

Brown Beef and onions in pan. In crock pot or regular pot on the stove mix the remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
