Texas chili and beans with tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chili

32 oz Chicken Stock
1 lb 95% Lean Meat
847 g Big Can Crushed Tomatoes
423 g One Stewed Tomato
1 Onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper strips
454 g Soaked Pinto Beans
227 g Half of Texas Chili Brick

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chili

  1. Soak beans overnight

  2. Sautee onion, bell pepper, celery

  3. Cook Meat

  4. Add 1/2 brick of chili, meat, sauteed veggies and 32oz chicken stock plus big can of crushed tomatoes, can of stewed tomatoes. Cook in crockpot on low overnight til' beans are soft.
