Yummy, hearty and a little spicey! Can leave out the beef and replace with more beans to reduce fat, or use lean turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade chili - Delicious!

1 lb ground beef
19 oz kidney beans
56 oz canned tomatoes
1 zucchini
1 garlic clove
1 medium onion
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
3 tbs chili powder
3 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs onion powder
3 tbs diced jalapeno peppers

Recipe Directions for Homemade chili - Delicious!

  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic in pan.

  2. Add all ingredients to large pot.

  3. Bring to boil and then reduce to simmer over low heat for 30 min - 1 hour.
