I used Cajun spice seasoning. This makes 4 1/2 cups of chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chili with Beans

1 1/3 cups onion, diced
16 oz Pinto Beans, drained
14 1/2 oz (Del Monte) petite cut diced tomatoes
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz Hunt's Tomato Sauce
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cilantro leaves

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chili with Beans

Brown meat with onions and garlic. Add seasonings, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and pinto beans and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
