Basic ingredients to quick homemade chili. spices left out. If I use stock, I tend to no add salt as it has plenty in the stock. For more fiber a good addition is lentils and ground turkey can lower fat and calorie count. These are 10 large servings too.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chili basic

16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 large Onions
14 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
14 oz Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
14 oz Black Beans, Organic
14 oz Tomato Sauce
4 oz Tomato Paste
2 cup Organic Beef Cooking Stock
4 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chili basic

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add in gr. beef, brown. Add in diced peppers and any other veggies you wish to add. add in liqs, add in canned beans, stir, add desired spices (chili pwd, cumin, pepper paprika are good for a start or can use chili seasoning packets), simmer until meat and veggies are done. (~30 min)
