16 oz ground beef 85% lean
1 medium onion
14 1/2 oz petite diced tomatoes
15 1/2 oz red beans (drained & washed)
15 1/4 oz whole kernel corn (no salt added)
8 oz tomato sauce (no salt added)
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic (fresh minced)
1 dash crushed red pepper
1 3/4 oz chili seasoning (1 Chi-lo packet)
1/2 cup water
1 ground black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chili #2

  1. brown meat & onion on medium high

  2. add all other ingredients

  3. simmer 1 hour on low
