4 c water
3 bouillon cubes
8 oz. red onion
6 oz. carrots
4 4/5 oz. mushrooms
5 9/10 oz. celery
6 oz. chicken thigh, dark meat
2 3/5 oz. bell pepper
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken-Veggie Soup

  1. Measure and dice vegetables.

  2. Add to 4 cups water.

  3. Add bouillon cubes or substitute.

  4. add cooked chicken, cubed.

  5. Season

  6. Boil for 60 min.
