Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
5.5 oz Spicy Hot V8 100% Vegetable Juice
7 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
7 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 tsp Turmeric, Ground
4 oz Cilantro
1.8 grams Bay Leaf
9 tsp Sea Salt
2 oz Organic Baby Spinach
7 clove Garlic
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
7 cup (8 fl oz) Water
9 oz Organic Peeled Baby Carrots

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Vegetable Soup

Remove skin from Chicken. Place in big pot with Water, bay leaves, turmeric, garlic and salt. Cover and bring to a boil; let boil for 5 minutes at Medium heat. Lower heat. Cut up potatoes and carrots into bite size pieces and add to simmering soup. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Cut onions and celery into bite size pieces; place into soup. Cut zucchini into bite size pieces and add to soup. Add V8 and let soup come to boil one last time and remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and spinach. Let it rest for another 5 minutes and stir before you serve. Can add lime juice to the bowl for an even greater taste. Enjoy
