Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Soup

6 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
3 medium Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup kernels Corn, Sweet, White

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Soup

  1. Cook the chicken and potatoes in broth for 10 minutes.

  2. Add carrots and celery and continue cooking for 20 minutes or so.

  3. Add the frozen corn and peas and cook for about 5 more minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and serve with bread or rolls.
