Very easy and great for cold days and cold noses!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Soup

128 oz. water (2 gallon)
2 lb. chicken, whole
1 onion, whole
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
1 tbsp. kosher salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Soup

  1. Cover chicken & onion with water. Add salt & pepper. Bring to boil. Turn heat down to simmer for 1 hour.

  2. Add cut up veggies. Simmer another 30 mins.

  3. Enjoy!
