Clear meat soup from the ancient times were prepared for special moments, for an introduction to the festive lunch or dinner, especially wedding. It was said, "soup to Receive the Holy".

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade chicken soup

4 lb skinless chicken
40 g carrot
40 g parsley root
10 g parsley leaves
20 g celery root
20 g onion
1 1/2 liters of cold water
1 salt
1 peppercorns
250 g noodles

Recipe Directions for Homemade chicken soup

  1. Cleaned and washed chicken cook in cold water with carrots, parsley, celery, a few grains of pepper and slices of fried on on top of the oven.

  2. Add salt and cook the soup over low heat until meat is tender.

  3. Remove cooked chicken from the soup, and strain the soup. If soup is too fat, you should leave it to cool the surface and remove excess fat.

  4. In the filtered broth add homemade noodles or other kind of noodles.
