Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Soup

16 oz Chicken
200 grams Carrots, Baby
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
1 cup, diced Celery
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tsp Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Soup

  1. 1. Chop vegetables, and sautee with olive oil until translucent.

  2. 2. Add water and chicken stock, bring to a boil.

  3. 3. Add chicken breasts, boil until cooked through.

  4. 4. Remove chicken, chunk into bite sizes, return to pot, and simmer until broth becomes to your taste.

  5. 5. Serves 4.
